I love speed. Remember the feeling of running as fast as you could when you were a little kid - ya, I still get it as an OG (Old Guy)!
In this first of many #FastFriday posts, I am simply sharing some great resources on sprinting that will be the focus of subsequent blogs. However, I also want to note that explosive power [Force x Velocity] (plyometrics, ballistic resistance training/Oly weightlifting movements, velocity-based resistance training) and moving fast in multi-directions (change of direction / agility) will also be covered in this series.
But for now, enjoy and learn from these resources on all things sprinting. And subscribe to receive updates in your Inbox.
P.S. I hate this sign below. Remember …. #SpeedKills - of course, I mean fast kids.. I’m not promoting cars speeding down the neighborhood streets!
P.S.S. Well, well .. how about this one that I found in Traverse City, MI.
