synonyms: Cheerful, Merry. Joyful. Jovial. Untroubled. Delighted. Satisfied. In good spirits. Tickled pink. As happy as a clam.
Here’s to the pursuit of happiness (and healthspan, well-being, and a good quality of life) whether it be the holidays or the new year. Just… be…. happy.

🌞Upon waking, AM sunlight and fresh air.
🥣Nourish yourself well throughout the day with the right types of food, in the right amounts, and at the right time. Pro Tip: Shop the perimeter of the grocery store. This is where you find whole/unprocessed foods - meats, dairy, whole grains, fruits and veggies.
🏃♂️Movement. Breaks from sedentary behaviour every 60-120 min. 150+ min of moderate intensity movement every week. A few days of vigorous intensity movement. 2 days of resistance training including every major movement pattern (squat, lunge, push-pull vertical and horizontal, brace and rotate the core). Some balance and mobility during the week.
