Yes, I am not sure of your background but with a phys background I can hang with most of it - but it still gets deep. And this is why I wanted to further translate some of the key points. Thanks for the follow and interaction.
Joe, thank you. Am on chapter 7 of the book as I write this. The basic concepts make sense to me, as I'm analytical by nature, but the medical specifics are a heavy lift.
Have been an endurance athlete most of my life, though I've had to change activities as some body parts wore out. Eating has been made easier, because I can't eat 70-80% of the foods which are sold in the supermarkets these days.
